Where do you ship? We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and shipped via standard carrier services to all eligible addresses, including residential and business locations.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for standard shipping within the US and Canada. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout depending on your location and the size of your order.
Do you offer expedited shipping? At this time, we offer standard shipping only. We are working on adding express shipping options in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at the email below with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Are returns free? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund.
How do I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, orders may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be changed. Please reach out to us as quickly as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

Are your decanters dishwasher safe? No. Our hand-blown crystal decanters are delicate and should be hand-washed only using warm water and a gentle, non-abrasive cloth or decanter brush. Avoid harsh detergents to preserve the clarity of the crystal.
What is the capacity of your decanters? All of our hand-blown crystal decanters hold 1.5 liters, which comfortably accommodates a standard 750ml bottle of wine with ample room for aeration.
How many bottles do your wine cellars hold? We currently offer two wine cellar sizes: the Cellora, which holds 12 bottles, and the CellarLux, which holds 32 bottles. Both maintain the ideal temperature and humidity for short- and medium-term wine storage.
Do your wine cellars require installation? No professional installation is required. Our wine cellars are freestanding units that plug into a standard household outlet. Setup instructions are included with every unit.
